I just wrapped up the installation. Not sure yet if the water's stopped. I really hoped the tube would lock in place.

Applying the sealer was quite a challenge. It was way too thick for a caulking gun. I couldn't completely seal the outside of the crack, which caused the filler to leak out through the gaps, and I ran short on crack filler. I had to grab an extra tube to wrap things up, and the customer service team was really helpful in getting me that additional tube.

It seems like AE Labs is really struggling with their communication and tracking. I sent my test off in a hurry, but they claim it's their peak season, handling over a thousand tests daily. They can't confirm if they even received mine, and it could sit there for ages—like 10 days—before they even look at it. I was in a bit of a bind, and they assured me they process tests right away upon arrival, but that’s clearly not the case. I also found out on Radon Seal's site that tests lose accuracy after 3 days since radon has a half-life of just 3 days. I'm really not satisfied with the lab service at all.

The standard product application went off without a hitch and dried just like we expected. We felt the instructions could use a bit of fine-tuning. We will surely suggest this to our pals, especially those who care about the environment like we do.

I got the sealer ahead of schedule. I've applied it to the pavers in the lanai. Gotta say, I was hoping the color of the pavers would turn out a bit lighter and brighter, but that ain't how it looks right now.
